I’m not one for writing reviews, unless it’s fully warranted and this one certainly is. After interviewing many different construction companies it was clear that Golden Eye Construction was the right one for the job. From our first introduction, to choosing them for our project, and all the way through the entire project Golden Eye was meticulous, and the communication was on point. As we hoped we learned prior to beginning the project, because not every company or their work is what they seem to be, Golden Eye’s organizational aspect and work, or better yet craftsmanship, was simply outstanding. Mike Emmert and Golden Eye Construction renovated our two full bathrooms while creating a great room out of our kitchen, dining room, and den. Following this, we had them back to upgrade the exterior - roof, windows, and siding.  All work was done on a timely basis. The team at Golden Eye Construction walked me through the planning, product selection and project timeline.  Mike, the owner, is very personable and understood my goals and desires for my renovation project.  The project team Rob, Alex, Jose, and Nick we awesome.  Working together, having fun and doing quality work all at once.  I would recommend this team to anyone looking at a major renovation. Golden Eye completely transformed my unfinished basement into a fully functioning, gorgeous extra floor of my home!  They pay incredible attention to detail, and I always felt like I could trust them to do the right thing for my project!  Everyone single person that I worked with there was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so so nice!  One other thing worth mentioning is that they provided me with a very precise price quote, and except for a few things I added to the project, kept to that quote the entire time, both in regards to cost and also project completion time. Mike and his production manager Rob are the absolute definition of professionalism both in their work and their attention to customers. I had a small leak that turned into a major pipe removal and the Goldeneye crew was there for me immediately to find and fix the problem. They took total control but also kept me informed at every step both during and after. I know these guys usually handle much bigger jobs than mine but the pride they take in their work comes through all levels. I cannot say enough good things about Mike Emmert and his team at Goldeneye Construction! From the estimate, the permit process, working around our hectic schedule, to the very end of our project - Goldeneye Const was flexible, communicative, and did an AMAZING job. Golden Eye has installed a new kitchen floor, constructed a pass- through between our kitchen and dining room, installed bedroom closets, and done repair work on the exterior of our house.

All work was done neatly, quickly and professionally. The workmen were all pleasant and professional, and worked hand-in-glove with the plumber who was involved with the work in the kitchen.
